We accept most insurance plans, including payment from most PPO and indemnity plans. Please call us to schedule an appointment, and we will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage.

We are accepting of all the major credit cash, ATM cards, and personal checks in payments. And we can also provide you with a payment plan through a third party for effective treatment at the desired time.

To this end, we have made an effort to inform you about your financial and scheduling responsibilities related to our practice in terms of the best care possible and optimal oral health. Payment is due upon the service being rendered. Financial arrangements are discussed during the initial visit, and a financial agreement is completed in advance of performing any treatment. Forms of payment we accept are cash US only, certified check or money order, credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover. Patients having an established positive payment history may use personal checks. Insufficient funds or returned checks may be grounds for future personal checks not being accepted, and another form of payment may be requested at the discretion of the doctor.

Denture insurance is a contract between you or your employer and a dental benefit plan. Benefits and payments received are based on contract negotiated between you or your employer and the plan. We assist patients with understanding and making maximum utilization of their dental benefit plans. Our dental practice may, or may not, be a contracted provider with your dental benefit plan. If we were a contracted provider within your plan, you would have only that portion of the fee approved by your plan.
