Melissa Rodriguez brings more than 10 years of experience along with a nurturing personality, which makes her a vital asset to the dental team. Melissa is gentle and professional while treating patients, and she is successful in putting her patients—especially children—into a relaxes state of mind, which allows them to have a positive and stress-free experience at Kedzie Dental Clinic.

Her skill and efficiency during procedures gain her respect as a confident and trusted dental assistant, while her enthusiasm for education is the driving force behind her pursuit of further education in dental hygiene. Outside of work, Melissa spends her time exploring the city for its diverse culinary delights, traveling to its warm destinations, or engrossed in a book. Truly, being a sports fanatic (Go Dodgers!), she puts all her heart and soul behind everything she does.

Seema Shireen joined Kedzie Dental Clinic with a love for patient care and a commitment to excellence. Originally from Hyderabad, India, she moved to Chicago over ten years ago and completed her dental studies at Downtown Dental in Illinois. With over a year of experience working as a dental assistant, she has earned a reputation for her calming demeanor to put patients at ease and send them off smiling.

Seema boasts a fluency in English, Urdu, Hindi, Telugu, and Gujarati, thus allowing her to mingle with patients of various backgrounds. Currently, she is working toward her aspiration of becoming a dental hygienist. On her free hours, she enjoys cooking, reading, and having adorable times with her family and valued ones.

Nejla Dzafic is a new team member at Kedzie Dental Clinic. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to her position as a dental assistant. Born in Bosnia and raised in Chicago, she has just graduated from Northwestern University and is now on her way to dental school. Her passion for dentistry and her ability to engage a diverse patient population make her an asset for our clinic.

She enjoys our teamwork, thrives in that environment, and loves learning from her talented peers. In her free time, she hangs out with her friends and family, runs, and reads all the newest books on her Kindle.

Monserat Morales has a friendly face that greets each patient who walks through those doors. A native of Chicago, Monse manages insurance inquiries, and makes all administrative tasks flow at Kedzie Dental Clinic. Her warm welcoming attitude and careful attention to excellent detail make for an experience void of stress for our patients. Currently, Monse is taking classes at Morton College as a prerequisite to enter the career field of Psychology, all triggered by an eagerness to help other people. Monse spends her free time enjoying family, long walks, and snuggling up to romantic movies on cold winter nights.
